After a successful pilot program in Winnipeg, Your Big Year® is expanding across Canada to provide more young people with the skills and experience needed to succeed in today's workforce. This dynamic program bridges the gap between school and work through interactive training, industry engagement, and hands-on learning opportunities that prepare youth for their future careers.

Empowering Youth Across Multiple Locations
The program began with a Canada’s Future Workforce Think Tank in February 2025, bringing together youth and businesses from Canada to discuss workforce trends, opportunities and expectations of the emerging generation.
It’s continuing with on-site workshops in Winnipeg, Regina, Thunder Bay, and Moncton, providing a full-day workshop on career-ready skills, cultural understanding, and confidence building for a few hundred local youth, including Indigenous and underserved communities.
