The Your Big Year Fellowship is a program designed to bridge skills from academia to career. The program was designed in partnership with young people globally. It is a multidimensional experience that involves an interactive curriculum, coaching & industry mentorship, and peer collaboration.
Broken into 6 tracks, the curriculum teaches confidence, innovative thinking, cultural competency, self-reliance, and resiliency. Ultimately, the exercises lead learners to build an action plan for the next steps in life. In addition, the curriculum teaches the UN Sustainable Development Goals and how participants can use their talents, skills, and education to build an impactful career and life.
Note: There are 50 spots available per cohort & there will be rolling acceptances.

Four times a year, we accept 50 young leaders into a cohort for the course. Applications are currently open for our next cohorts.
